WORKING TOGETHER

Terms & conditions.

Website usage and the process for commissioning custom design and development services.

01

About these terms

This website is operated by Devzora LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Information on this website describes services that may be available. Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create an order, a paid engagement, or a guaranteed delivery date.

02

Proposals and agreements

Each project requires a separate written proposal or services agreement accepted by the customer and Devzora LLC before work begins. That document should identify the scope, specific deliverables, exclusions, estimated milestones, responsibilities, acceptance process, price, currency, payment schedule, and applicable cancellation terms.

If a signed project agreement conflicts with these general website terms, the signed agreement controls for that project to the extent legally permitted.

03

Fees and payments

Service prices are determined by the project scope and disclosed in a written proposal; no single fixed price is offered for custom work on this website. Any deposit, milestone invoice, additional fees, taxes, recurring hosting costs, and third-party charges should be identified before payment is requested.

Payments, where supported, will be requested using an authorized invoice or hosted checkout. Do not send card details through general email or quote forms. Payment methods are not promised until they are actually enabled.

04

Client materials and changes

Customers are responsible for supplying materials, approvals, access, and instructions identified in the project agreement and for confirming they have rights to materials provided. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional written quote and a revised timeline. Third-party software, subscriptions, fonts, plugins, and hosting can be subject to their own terms.

05

Reviews, delivery and intellectual property

Reviews and acceptance criteria should be documented in the project agreement. Deliverables, revisions, source-file access, launch support, and handover method depend on the agreed scope. Ownership or usage rights in final work should be set out in the signed project agreement, including the treatment of pre-existing tools and third-party assets.

06

Cancellation, refunds and concerns

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. Project-specific terms and applicable law may affect the outcome of a cancellation, refund request, or service issue. If you have a concern, contact our team with the project reference and a description of the issue.

07

Website content and updates

Website descriptions are general information and may change. Unauthorized access, attempts to disrupt the site, or misuse of its forms are prohibited. These general website terms may be revised, with the current version published on this page; already-signed project terms are not retroactively changed simply by updating the website.
